About Us
Absolute Building Consultants is a family owned business operating out of South Plymouth since 2008. Michael Mulligan is the third generation of Mulligan family builders. He went out on his own at the age of sixteen and years later established Absolute Building Consultants. Michael has built hundreds of homes on single lots, customer lots and developed entire subdivisions. He is teaching his youngest son, Shane Mulligan, the business. Michael looks forward to seeing the company grow for many more years.
